Sundays or Wednesday. Ages: 8-10 meet at 5:00 pm and 10.5 to 13 meet at 7:00 pm. (Older youth can contact us about being a guide assistant.) The price that is discussed is for one chug per week. When you sign up, we choose the day of the week, either Sunday or Wednesday. Barring unforeseen situations, we prefer to not change days once we have started.
Dates and Sessions: The program is designed to run throughout the school calendar year. There are thirty sessions of about 90 minutes each over the course of the year. Our published schedule shows 30 sessions and additional potential days. Inclement weather, sickness, or travel plans may require adding additional sessions to reach a total of 30 sessions.
Fishing and overnights are not included in the cost. Additional charges will apply.

All chuggim start after school according to the schedule posted on our website. In the event that rain or other circumstances force us to reschedule sessions, they will be made up at an appropriate time during the year. Substitute guides may be employed to fill in.

Corona and Sessions Cancellations: Outdoor Leadership Training strictly adheres to all health and safety guidelines published by the Ministry of Health. In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances such as a prolonged lock down, we are forced to cancel more sessions than we can reschedule at a later date, you will receive a tuition refund on a prorated basis based on the amount that you have paid and the number of sessions that were missed.

Cost

The annual tuition for The Outdoor Leadership Training Course is 2000 ₪. Please note that we are able to offer this modest tuition which is highly subsidized, because we are fortunate to have generous donors who help defray the cost of the program in order to make it affordable to everyone. The actual annual cost per child for OLT is 4200 ₪. If you are in a financial position to pay the actual cost, please do so in order for us to provide our life-changing program to as many Jewish neshamos as possible.

There is an additional 200 ₪ registration fee. This registration fee covers insurance. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

Payment

Payment can be made in one payment, or can be prorated over a maximum of 10 installments, to be completed no later than the end of June of that season.
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Discounts and Scholarships are not currently available. We are looking for sponsors.

Deposit

Children who register and are accepted are welcome to attend the first session of the season as a trial. Cost 75 NIS.
However, please note that the balance due must be paid or arranged in full in order to attend any further sessions.
